CricStack is a cricket scoring and analytics platform that provides:

• Live cricket match scoring and tracking
• Player statistics and performance analytics
• Team management tools
• Tournament organization features
• Match history and data storage
• AI-powered biomechanics analysis

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Match Data and Scoring Rights

When you create and score matches on CricStack:

• You retain ownership of the match data you create
• You grant CricStack a license to store, display, and process this data to provide the Service
• Match data may be used for aggregate statistics and platform improvements
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you input
• You must have the right to score and publish match data you submit

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading match data
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CricStack and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

CricStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability, but we do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
